"Examine" mode (would be nice to have -)

First of all, let me express my sincere gratitude to developers: you guys are rock because you can really deliver on your promises! I mean the last major update on October which added an in-game 'move list' and 'material balance'.

Next is a feature request: it would be nice if so called 'Examine' mode were implemented, if only it is feasible, of course. I mean the mode where you can "move the pieces for both sides, take moves back, and analyze side variations" (from FICS 'examine' man page).

Often times, after the game has finished, it's truly interesting and useful to really *analyze* a game by moving pieces for both sides. Stockfish postmortem 'sentence' is sort of instructive but often is not really enough to call it 'analysis', in my not so humble opinion. Thank you!

This is pretty high on the todo list. Not sure when it will be ready.
Just logged in to say how great this update is, thanks thibault & co.!

Go to the replay and analyse page. You can now freely move the pieces around, it's that simple.
Clarkey, I can move the pieces around freely, but I'm unsure how to analyze these new moves.
There's no computer engine analysis - at least not currently. The purpose of the feature is so you can play out ideas of your own and examine your own lines and not just the ones the computer suggests.
