Stockfish shouldn't evaluate this position as a draw unless there is a three fold repetition or you play 56.g6. Some engine versions evaluate the position as a draw if you make a move that returns to the last position. Meaning that since the best move for white in move 56 is to play Kg6 we reach the same position as after 54.Kg6, stockfish notices that its the same position and gives it as 0.00.
On a another note: The correct way to win this after would be to play Kg6 again and then go to f7 or h7 before pushing the g-pawn.
On a anotherer note: With white to move (in the position with wK@g6 p@g5 bK@g8) it is important to play Kh6! followed by pushing the g-pawn. Since Kf6 runs into Kh7 Kf7 Kh8 g6 stalemate.

@blackzombie: It's because the position has repeated, as @lovlas surmised.
