Categorize all type of problems in fewest possible terms: is it remotely quantifiably possible? (...what Im trying to say)

like theres inevitable probs, and on the other hand some people seek out problems they never needed,
or theres self-imposed vs unbeknownst...

I think any binary system would qualify.

Personal or non-personal problems
Good or bad problems
Problems relating to my chess skills or all the problems that aren't.
Problems with the power grid or all the problems that don't fit this category
You get the idea.

Solvable and unsolvable.
