When you're trying to play to have an advantage and then doing simple mistakes you are angry at each other

Disclaimer: I'm no expert...
1. I don't have much more to say than that you should have a plan (esp. in the middle game) about how you are going to attack his king or fortify yours; just keep that in mind. And also... don't go pawn hunting when there is a free pawn unless you are safe, because that free pawn could make you lose time/initiative or it could move your queen/other piece away from where it is needed, as in this game.
2. There was a point when you were doing pretty well, though I would have to recommend that at moves 10 and 11 you develop your pieces, get your rooks connected and working together and get that bishop working. Also, you should focus on calculating what will happen in a position... practice perfects that.

Never play drunk! This happened last time to me :D I lost 200 points just like that...

Don't play drunk, don't play when you're tired. Use the Training feature to check if your mind is focused before playing rated games.

There are so many variables which have an impact on your game. Just continue playing and don't focus too much on your elo. Remember, nobody cares about your elo if it's not at least 2400.
