no engine area

When I try to play in a tournament a message box saying "no engine area" pops up.

Please help! Or explain why this is happening.
The last tournament before I got shut out I think I played a no-loss streak for the entire tournament. Before that I placed second in a handful of tournies.

Was it the no-loss tournament that made lichess snap?

Also, this thread was deleted before anyone could reply.

Please help me understand why I got the "no engine area" message and why my first thread complaining about this was deleted

I was a chess.com refugee and seems like it may be time to go back...
I have been accused of using an engine on chess.com many times by infantile sore losers. I take those accusations as compliments because I am such a tech moron I haven't the first clue about how to cheat and for someone to think I was THAT tech savvy as well as my chess ability being such that I am being accused of being a computer? Well, now that makes my ego gush into mess of absolute chess pride.

But lichess....please. I get shut out of tournaments and my posting regarding it gets deleted?

What? Someone plays well, a lesser player is pissed, stronger player gets shut out, his threads deleted...

Bunch of commies running the show here...lol

Seriously though...

You have a better tournament format. More fun than chess.com

Please let players have a perfect no-loss tournament win and not be rewarded by being locked out.

I played a few players whom I thought were maybe, maybe cheating but then I realized that in most cases, my ego doesn't forgive superior chess play from an under-rated player.

The engine-evaluator algorithm doesn't look at game succession at all. So playing a no-loss tournament wasn't what made you get marked, it was the individual games themselves. Most monthly/weekly/daily tournament winners play lossless tournaments.

Keep in mind that lichess has introduced a new engine evaluator over the last 2 months with a much different engine-detecting model. Kinks are still being worked out. Apologies for your being marked.

As for your topics being deleted, I wouldn't be surprised if it was because they contained somewhat derogatory language:
"Bunch of commies running the show here...lol"

In addition to that, lichess prefers matters related to cheating to be spoken about in private, as the enormous red form here might tell you: http://el.lichess.org/forum/lichess-feedback/form .
Forums = discussion
lichess.contact@gmail.com = I personally need something resolved.
