Can somebody help me improve?

the best way to improve is to play longest games as possible because it will give you the skill of patience.
Yeah, play correspondence or classical, aka real chess, as it was meant to be. Leave bullet chess to orphans in a park or gamblers who like a 50/50 chance, cause let's face it. Bullet ain't chess, it's luck. All about pre-moving, fast internet-connection and luck...one unexpected move, and you're fucked.
@todo_pro Drugs can help, it's a fact. I know this guy who plays like a drunk elephant on crack with an enormous dildo up his ass when he's sober..but when he's stoned as fuck, he got a beautiful playing style.
Of course, I'm not telling OP to do drugs, but if he'll do anything to improve, try drugs...
Directed to anybody who does drugs... I'm sorry but you are a moron.
Directed to anybody who plays chess... I'm sorry, but you're wasting your time.
Maybe you have some mental problem? I also have been feeling for some time like my mind drifts away. In chess I sometimes play like I would have no brain at all. I even thought I have beginning of dementia or Alzheimer.

I guess in my case it is because of stress and lack of Vitamin D, among other things. So maybe use some vitamins, try meditation, go outside more if you don't, and eat and sleep regularly and enough. When I got those things for a couple of weeks I felt again like intelligent person. And I actually have pretty high IQ. Stress can literally kill you.

And of course as have been sad don't play fast chess. As have been sad it is not real chess and it does not bring you those benefits that normal chess does. Probably it even ads more stress and actually destroys your long concentration skill, instead of making them better.
