Deselect of pieces not working

A week ago, you could click on a piece and it would show all possible squares the piece could go to. Clicking on the same piece again deselected the piece and the possible squares didn't show up anymore.

Now this deselecting doesn't work anymore. Clicking on the same piece again does nothing. The possible squares to move to stay highlighted. To deselect a piece, you have to click on an other piece or on a field the selected piece can't move to.

It's really confusing to play this way, it would be great if you could fix this ^^

But for me, clicking on the same piece again after selecting it works, i.e., it disselects that piece. I think you should change your browser and see whether it works or not. Perhaps your browser is causing some problem. By the way, I am using the latest version of Mozilla Firefox.

This is weird. I tried it witch Chrome, IE and firefox. Problem persits. Sometimes reloading the website fixes it for a time.

I think I figured out what's causing the problem. It works fine as long as you move the pieces by clicking on the highlighted fields. If you start moving the pieces by dragging them, the deselecting seems to stop working correctly.

After moving a piece by dragging, every subsequent selection of a piece seems to start dragging it. Whenever you select a new piece, it's "lifted up" like when you drag. So you can't select anything normally anymore, you can only drag.

Sometimes I get like a smart-move.

Can we get an ETA when this will be fixed? This bug is really annoying... :/

Any updates on this? Love the site, just sort of miss how it used to work...
