Alternate Donation Methods

Hi, paypal isn't working for me right now but I'd still like to donate. Seems to me some alternate methods would be great - particularly bitcoin would be a nice option. If you need advice on setting that up I can provide some links. It's really quite easy.

P.S. on the note, I didn't find donation button until somewhere somehow browsing the blog.. you might want to put it somewhere at least to the menu:)
