I'm going beserk

I'm new to lichess and I love it. Somehow I am unable to "go beserk" in arena tournaments. I press the icon, text pops up describing the function, and nothing happens. Please help!

Does it also happen with another browser? Does it happen after restarting your browser? What browser on what OS are you using?

Thanks for your help. I changed my browser and now I am able to enjoy going beserk!

What does the beserk button look like or where is it? I can't find it.

You see it only in tournaments nearly to your clock time.
