Importing from TWIC is failing

I've tried several times to import PNG games from TWIC and its failing. I've tried several times. . Im also a paid subscriber. Do you have an option to attach and upload screenshot so you can see the error Im getiing.

You mean .pgn files. Do you have a link to the .html page which has the .pgn you want? Please list both.
