Banned account!!!!!

Has anyone get false positives?
My friend swears he didnt cheat! He has had made appeal but got a feedback as sample answer for every appeal. The Lichess said he is banned due to cheating.
He is so sad!!!! I really want to know if there is anyone who has ever been unfairly judged?

maybe he did something enough for ban or maybe somebody else did if he shared his acc did he shared ?

No, he didnot share acct to others. He insisted he did not cheat. So I want to know if there is other same case?

He should use lichess.org/appeal
