In this game I played from's gambit against the birds opening knowing that if white wasn't careful I could checkmate my opponent in a few moves, and my opponent moved up the e pawn so checking with my queen would no longer lead to checkmate, but I realized that if I made the moves that would otherwise have lead to checkmate, my opponents king would be on the same diagonal as the white queen meaning that I could skewer the queen and win the queen.
