Importing an Archive from TWIC

I tried several times the IMPORT A GAME into Lichess (3 ) times and it failed. I'm trying to import the TWIC archive file "twic1468g.zip. of course I unzip the file first and then try to do the IMPORT A GAME. How come there is no feature to attach files so I could attach the screenshot with the error message? Basically Lichess is saying the file is too big with the error message.

What can I do?
@ghostdog2003 A typical TWIC weekly file would have 100s or 1000s of games. After you unzip it, you will get a pgn file. This is a text file. Look into this file using a text editor. Then find the game you are looking for, and copy it to another pgn file, say my.pgn. Then import only my.pgn to lichess. If you want to analyse the whole pgn file downloaded from TWIC, you will have to use local tools (e.g., importing into a database program such as scid vs pc, then running a locally installed engine on it).
