The way that companys/organisations are increasingly jumping on this bandwagon of making everything the customers problem, like, they don't do their jobs correctly and leave you in limbo, and when you complain, your met with a smug, apathetic, defensive attitude where they tell you that all YOU have to do is ring and go here there and everywhere to sort it out, while we inept idiots do sweet Fanny Addams. :).
