Someone please explain.....

“You cannot play at Chess if you are kind-hearted”
"There are no take-backs—just as in life. You must think before you move."
Mouse-slips are just like touch-move mistakes. Nobody ever give an exception to the touch-move rule in a OTB tournament. Neither should it be on lichess. If players care enough about the game, mouse-slips will not exist. Forget comment #16
I'm going to turn off take-backs right now.

If you touch a piece by accident OTB, you of course aren't obligated to move it, which is kind of the equivalent of a takeback for a mouse-slip online
Oh ah, I see. The Canadians (21/22) are able to play instead of Qxh7# accidentally Qh6 blundering the queen in an OTB game?

At least that looks like the equivalent to the topic here to me.
I understand if you say: "I don't care if you had a mouseslip, that happens if you aren't careful so live with it." But don't argue with the touch-move rule because it has nothing to do with mouse-slips as the opponent will (most likely) move the piece he mouseslipped.
In a real game (face-to-face) do not exist mouse or touchpad. Thus, take-back is important for this reason.

There are 2 possibilities:

1-If the player does an mistake movement. Less than 1 second, he/she asks for a take-back. The opponent does not have time to move. Of course, it is a mouse problem and the take-back is accepted.
If the opponent does not accept the take-back, it means that the opponent has a problem of character.

2-If the player does a wrong movement. The opponent see the big error and wait for several minutes. After these several seconds, the opponent does the movement. Thus, after it, the first player see the mistake and ask for take-back, of course that first player had not a mouse slip and the take-back is not accept.
