Lichess v2 - feedback

I'm a PC user. Initially, everything appeared large, but once I resized the board, it was pretty much back to normal, and perhaps a little fresher looking. I'm not having any problems on Firefox 66.0.3, and I really like the increased accessibility for people with visual impairments - I don't need those features, but I am a disabled person, so really appreciate it when products and services become more inclusive.
Hi!
I like the new look. People often tend to dislike such changes, but according to my experience that's mainly because they got used to the old design. There are many websites who refreshed their designs by enlarging the main elements to enhance the mobile experience, and after a few months also most PC-users prefered it over the old one. If the Design of Websites would never change the web would still look like in the early 2000s.
I'm not seeing the issues others seem to be having with things being too large. All seems 'as it always was' to me here on Chrome PC. And on my mobile it looks and behaves wonderfully. I would like the analysis button back on correspondence games though(NOTE: this button is there on PC but missing on mobile). I used that a lot. The claim is that functionality is the same and nothing has been removed so I'm assuming the missing analysis button is a bug?

Anyway, I'm loving this redesign. I play mostly on mobile/tablet though so maybe that's why it suits me more than it seems to suit others, but I'm on PC at the moment and it still looks, feels and plays great to me. I don't know... I'm just not experiencing the sizing issues some people seem to be.

Good job. I like it :0)
personally I thought the original was pretty much perfect, but I don't mind the changes. The resize feature on the board is nice, and allows you to more correctly size the board, rather than the browser view zoom approach of old.
Intel Celeron N3450, 8GB, mini PC running Manjaro Linux.

The new v2 interface is quite a bit more resource hungry. It shows on Firefox v66.0.3 with disabled hardware acceleration. A little sluggish/laggy compared to the previous version of lichess. On Chrome (with hardware acceleration enabled), the new interface feels pretty smooth (I'm assuming no performance downgrade on this browser). Firefox is currently making a transition to webrender, so things might improve soon on Linux. Hopefully.
Love it.
Few problems:
-no sound warning under time pressure, thou preferences are set to alarm;
-New ui during game is easy to mess up, mainly with mouse wheel. Option to disable dropdown menus and maybe even the wheel when in game would be lovely :)
