I have a tendency to yell or scream when I lose. But also remember that its part of learning!
If your playing people rated your same level. Expect to lose 50% of your games.
if you lose 50% then you're not improving @Timegod
i scream at the top of my lungs when i lose.........
I normally don't lose to people my level, just lower... I don't know why. That is why I get frustrated.
It is okay to get frustrated (everyone does at some point) but just make sure that you don't get so mad that you start tilting and playing a bad sequence of games.
Losing to lower rated people is more frustrating than losing to those at the same rating, but it is very common because a 1700 rated player could beat a 2000 rated player just because of one mistake. Just don't beat yourself up and never underestimate your opponent.
Review your losses, analyze your mistakes and think of every loss as an opportunity to learn something new.

thst's false @MrAverage
@XxChessGuruXx how? If you lose to 50% percent of people at your level, you're not improving. In fact, if you account for draws, you're getting worse.
Yes when i lose I get really angry I smash my hand on the table multiple times and my hand get bruised, especially when I play ultrabullet. I play on trackpad as I do not use mouse cause using mouse is SUPER CRINGE

What for? This is just a game. You losing, you winning - so what?
This is just for relaxation, not to be another source of stress!
